Author Guidelines

Submission

By the submission of article here, the author(s) assures that the submitted article has not been published before, that it is not under consideration for publication in any other journal; that the article will not be published elsewhere in any language without the consent of the copyright holders; and that any costs associated with obtaining this permission are the authors’ responsibility.

Instructions

• Submission of the article indicates that the author(s) are very thorough in terms of journalistic guidelines, copyright policies, scientific and publishing protocols, and the terms and conditions of the journal. Quality and impact of the article will be considered during peer review.
• The submission must be plagiarism free.
• The page length of the submission can range from 6 to 8 pages.
• All papers must be in .doc or .docx format.
• The papers must be prepared based on the journal template. The link to download the template is given in journal homepage.
• The accepted papers cannot be withdrawn. Because the withdrawal of papers after acceptance means the wasting the valuable time of editors and reviewers. If the authors still want to withdraw the papers the authors are requested to pay the penalty fee.
• If third party materials were used in the work the authors should take the responsibility for that.
• Authors need to submit the copyright form after the acceptance of paper.

Plagiarism

After getting the article from the authors, publishers are routinely using plagiarism detection software to verify the originality of articles submitted to their journals. Most major publishers are the members of CrossCheck which uses the iThenticate software to scan papers for instances of plagiarism. A valuable paper will be considered for publication in its entirety. It is serious violation of the most basic principles of ethics.

Responsiblity

As per the format given in the instructions to the authors should ensure that the submitted article is original and their work has not been previously published. Where material is taken from other sources the source is clearly cited. And ensure that the submitted article is technically and grammatically correct. If it is inappropriate to publish the article, the publisher reserves the right to review or reject the paper.

Authors must return the article in writing before using the same article for another journal. The author must be the copyright owner and the author has right to sign the contract form.

Above all, authors should be transparent. For example, if an author is not sure whether the article is original the author should inform the journal’s publisher. If the publisher decides it is appropriate to publish.

Copyright

The principle of copyright protects the work of the individual who creates it. Having a clear understanding of how copyright works for publisher and author is therefore essential. To accept the article, the author must “submit the copyright agreement form in advance. Regarding copyright transfer, an email will be sent to the author with the full details and later, the author must send copyright form with the digital signature back to the journal.

Reference

After acceptance of the article, the electronic version of the published article with digital watermark will be given to the corresponding author.
